Step 3: Restart Your PC.

 

Method 3: Using Registry Editor

Step 1: First of all Goto Search Bar and Search for Regedit and Open your Registry Editor and Navigate to the Following Location or Just Copy-Paste the Below Address to Registry Editor Address Bar.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection

Step 2: Double Click on the Allow Telemetry and Change the Value to 3.

Values To be Used

0 = Security (Enterprise and Education editions only)
1 = Basic
2 = Enhanced
3 = Full (Recommended)

(Or)

Step 2: Delete the Allow Telemetry Registry Value.

Method 4: Using Group Policy Editor

Step 1: Go to the Search bar and Search for Edit Group Policy or Open “gpedit.msc” Via Run Program(Ctrl+R).

Step 2: Now Navigate to the Following Location.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds

Step 3: Now Double Click the “Connected User Experiences and Telemetry” and Just Enable it and Click Apply to Save Changes.
