Method 1: Using Services.
Step 1: Just Go to the Search Bar and Search for the “Services” Or Open “services.msc” Via Run Program(Ctrl+R).
Step 2: Navigate to “Windows Search” Service and Right Click On it, Select Automatic in Startup Type, and Start the Service.
Step 3: Close the Services and Check it Now.

Step 1: First of all Goto Search Bar and Search for Regedit and Open your Registry Editor and Navigate to the Following Location or Just Copy-Paste the Below Address to Registry Editor Address Bar.

Step 3: Now Right Click on the Gathering Manager Key and Select the Permissions.
Step 4: On Permission Tab, Select the Advanced Tab.
Step 5: Now Look For the Owner (at the Top) and Click the Change Option and Change it to Yourself.
Step 6: Now Just Look for defaultapplicationpath and temppath and Set the Values Data as given below.

Step 5: Now Check Whether Windows Search Working or Not.
Still, Not Works Means Try the Following Steps.
Step 6: Delete the Whole Key and Download this Registry File From Below Link.

Step 7: After Installing the New Registry Key, Go to Search and Search for Indexing Option and Click Advanced and Click the Rebuild Button.
Step 8: Restart Your PC.

Step 1: First of all Navigate to Search and Search for msconfig.
Step 2: Now Change the Startup Selection to Normal Startup and Press Ok.
