Step 1: First of all Install the Software which gives you the Specific Error.
Step 2: Now Close the Error and it will Cancel the Installation process.
Step 3: You Can Download Take Ownership From Below Given Official Link.

Step 4: After Downloading Extract the Contents and Run the Add Take Ownership to Context Menu. Press Yes When Registry Editor Window Prompts.
Step 5: Now Ok to Continue to Finish the Registry Process.
Step 6: Now Goto (C:)/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu
(C:)/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu *This is the Place where the installation shows the error.
Step 7: Now Right Click on the Programs and Select the Take Ownership Option.
(Or)
You Can also Open the Programs Folder and Right Click on the Folder of the Appropriate Software that you want to install and Select the Take Ownership Option.
Step 8: Now Install the Software Once Again! But You Won’t Get the Error this Time!
Method 2 – Using Security Tab Method [ Properties ]
Step 1: Now Goto (C:)/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu
Step 2: Now Right Click on the Start Menu Folder and Select Properties.
Step 3: Now Navigate to Security Tab and Click Edit Option.
Step 4: Now Tick the Full Control and Click Ok.
Step 5: Now Check Whether Full Control is Ticked On.
