Step 1: Synchronize With all Viewpoints to unlock more Borough Activities on the Map.
Step 2: After Synchronising the Viewpoints, Choose a Particular Area that you want to conquer first (For Example – Lambeth) and Complete all these Activities Like Child Liberation, Gang Stronghold, Templar Hunt in that Particular Area (For Example – Lambeth)
Step 3:After Completing the Activities, Gang War Will be Available in that area. Recruit Your Men and Go to the Gang War and Assassinate The Leader.

In My Save Game, I’ve Completed 2 Borough Already. You have to Conquer Only One Borough to Unlock Sequence 8.

After Downloading Extract the Contents and Copy-Paste it into Assassins Creed Syndicate Save Game Location.
