    Step 3: Now Double Click on the Do Not Display the Lock Screen Policy and Change the Setting to Not Configured and Press the Apply Button to Change the Settings.

    Step 2: Now Navigate to the Following Location.

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds

    (or)

    Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > All Settings

    Step 3: Now Double Click on the Allow Telemetry Policy and Change the Setting to Enabled and Change Values to 3-Full and Press the Apply Button to Change the Settings.

    Step 4: Restart Your PC.

    If it Not Works After Restarting, then Revert to Not Configure Setting.

    Step 5: Now Double Click on the Allow Telemetry Policy and Change the Setting to Not Configured and Press the Apply Button to Change the Settings.

    Step 1: Go to the Search bar and Search for Edit Group Policy or Open “gpedit.msc” Via Run Program(Ctrl+R).

    Step 3: Now Double Click on the Configure Automatic Updates Policy and Change the Setting to Not Configured and Press the Apply Button to Change the Settings.

    Method 4: Using Group Policy Editor (Policy 4)

    Step 1: Go to the Search bar and Search for Edit Group Policy or Open “gpedit.msc” Via Run Program(Ctrl+R).

    Step 2: Now Navigate to the Following Location.

    User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar > Notifications

    Step 3: Now Double Click on the Turn Off Toast Notification Policy and Change the Setting to Enabled and Revert to Disabled Setting Before Saving the Settings. Press the Apply Button to Change the Settings.

    Step 3: Restart Your PC.

     

    Method 6: Using Registry Editor

    Step 1: First of all Goto Search Bar and Search for Regedit and Open your Registry Editor and Navigate to the Following Location or Just Copy-Paste the Below Address to Registry Editor Address Bar.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\DataCollection

    Step 2: Double Click on the Allow Telemetry and Change the Value to 3.

    Values To be Used

    0 = Security (Enterprise and Education editions only)
    1 = Basic
    2 = Enhanced
    3 = Full (Recommended)

    (Or)

    Step 2: Delete the Allow Telemetry Registry Value.

    Method 7: Changing the Optional Diagnostic Data From Basic Option to Full 

    Step 1: Goto Search Bar and Search for “Diagnostics & Feedback settings”.

    (or)

    Go to Settings and Navigate to Privacy & Security and Click on the Diagnostics & Feedback.

    Step 2: In Windows 11, Just Turn on the Send Optional Data. For Windows 10, Just Change the Basic Option to F ull. (or) Change the Required Diagnostic Data to Optional Diagnostic Data.

    *Note – If You’re Not Able to Change the Settings to Optional/Full Diagnostic Data, Then View this Article To Fix the Errors.

     

    Method 8: Reset Local Group Policy Editor

    Step 1: Go to the Search bar and Search for Command Prompt and Run it as Admin.

    Step 2: Type the DISKPART Command and then Type LIST VOLUME.

    *Important Note – You Need to Find the Default drive or Label on which Windows is installed.

    Step 2: Now Type Exit and Type the Following Commands one by one.

    RD /S /Q “D:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy” (assuming Windows is installed on D drive)

    RD /S /Q “D:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicyUsers” (assuming Windows is installed on D drive)

    diskpart
    list volume
    exit
    RD /S /Q “C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy”
    RD /S /Q “C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicyUsers”
